Donna Cooper is truly the best!  She has nothing but the clients interests in mind.  She is knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and works within the parameters you give to her.

Back in 2004 I was looking for a condominium to buy.  After wasting my time with a Realtor who kept showing me places far outside of my price range, a friend recommended I switch to Donna Cooper.  Within one meeting with her, I had found a fantastic Condo within my price range and all of the amenities that I wanted and with her guidance, I made an offer that day.

Since that transaction, Donna has remained in close contact, sending hand written notes, updates on the market and calls periodically to check in.  If you are looking for a hands on, knowledgeable and kind Realtor who will make you feel secure throughout the stressful transaction process, Donna is your woman.

Now that my household has grown, I will be using Donna again to find our next home.  Despite us being a year away from purchasing, we have already met with Donna who has the patience of a saint.  She has started keeping us posted on the market and gave us input on how we can get the most bang for our buck.  I have recommended her to close friends who have all had the same impression of her.  Buying or selling, I can say Donna is on your side.

Paragon Management Consulting Review

Larry is one of the most honest, professional, knowledgeable, and well priced contractors I have ever dealt with.  I own several homes, 3 of which is brand new straight from the builder.  I have been in the real estate biz for almost 10 years now so having said that I have dealt with many contractors in all walks of life.  I have seen the good and the bad.
I have recently purchased a new home and learned that it had major structure damage.  I went on this site in search of a contractor in Daly City and Larry was among the list of contractors I contacted.  Fortunately for me Larry was the first to respond to me.  Larry has not only lived up to the reviews I have read on Yelp, but he has done such a great job that every time he has completed a job for me, I have hired him to do more, more, and more for me.  I have never been so impressed with anyone as I am with Larry's work.  The best advise I can give anyone when looking for a contractor is not look at how cheap their prices are, but rather look for someone that is HONEST!  Luckily Larry of Paragon Management Consulting he is honest and his prices are very reasonable.  He is one of those guys that goes the extra mile for you and really knows what he is doing.  If you like you may even contact me as a reference and I will gladly tell you all the wonderful things he has done for me.  Look no further than Paragon Management Consulting!!

Gary Johnson Review

Wow!  I heard that Gary used to work at Nordstrom's and his service level sure seems to back that up.  We used Gary to purchase our home in SF in 2006 and he was a first class act throughout.  Always prompt, respectful, highly knowledgeable and willing to work with us to meet our specific goals.  He helped us execute a quick and very smooth transaction.

But the story doesn't stop there.  Three years later I am still in touch with Gary and am recommending him to anyone who is in the market because he still is providing me with value.  When the city of SF decided last year that in the face of the worst real estate market on record, they would allow residents to petition for lowered tax assessed values, Gary got me a listing of comparable home sales in my neighborhood.  I used these to successfully get my taxes reduced by a substantial amount.  This year I just did the same thing and anticipate even more savings.

Gary gets it that real estate is about creating lasting relationships and providing five star service to his clients - both during and well after the transaction is done.  I highly recommend him.

JJ and the rest of the team at RMC are a professional, courteous, and friendly group of folks who really took the time to make a difference.

As an owner of a property in the Castro, I was worried about finding a management company that really understood the neighborhood, and how to maintain an old victorian place. With decades of experience, RMC proved they know the ins and outs of SF, with a family business' personal touch, and many years of history here in the city.
